Where there is a deep canyon, there is a zip-line. And now imagine flying from one to the other part of the river canyon. Did you know that zip line was not always meant for fun, but used for transport to places where there were no bridges? Nowadays, zip-line is used by adrenaline addicts, who have a chance to see the entire world from a whole different perspective by just flying above the canyon. Zip line polygon is set near the Đurđevića Tara Bridge and travelling from camp to flying start point lasts for about two hours over the mountain Durmitor and the same name National Park. The impressive bridge over Tara River was built in 1940 and during its construction, it was the biggest project ever seen by then. The biggest bridge arch is 160 meters tall.
It was built by Serbian King Nikola to connect people from both sides of the longest river in Montenegro.
